Connecting



Each day is an opportunity to connect.  First thing in the morning connecting with nature as the sun rises.  Take a breath and connect with being alive.  Connecting is an ongoing adventure on this journey of life. 

Each aspect of connecting is important.  Initially connecting with self/SELF to know who you are and how you are engaging in your life.  Connecting with your history, your genetics, your body (image and health), your cultural experiences, the beliefs that have been presented to you and accepted or rejected, your personality, and your choices. 

Connecting with awareness of yourself, the dynamic of the expression you have chosen, the intricacies of your experiences both joyful and traumatic.  Being open to your intuition, your inner guidance, choices of empowerment and self esteem connects you to living daily with wellbeing. Identifying and recognizing what is not working for you allows you to make choices, take actions to embrace who you want to be.

Exploring and discovering others that have similar characteristics and made choices of beliefs and expressions that you relate to, creates the opportunity to connect with others like you.  These connections provide a support system for giving and receiving ideas, emotions, actions with each other.

Each day as you engage with those around you, what and how you engage forms a variety of connections.  Choices are made with each engagement to build or sever relationships.  Connections are multiplied through connecting with each individual. 

Being alive is also about connecting with the world around you – nature, animals, weather, …  You impact and are impacted by all that is in the world and universe (meteorites are real).  The impact is related to your connections and your choices.  Be conscious and actively make choices as you connect.
