Awareness – initial step in Wellbeing



Being aware of our internal and external environment creates an active dynamic for choices in our wellbeing. 


External environment includes – weather, shelter, economy, physical environment, community, those we interact with, social media, news, all that we are in contact with.  Being aware of our external environment, taking into account of the impact on us as individuals, is the first step to be able to make choices on our Wellbeing and the Wellbeing of our environment. Our you consciously aware of the what, of the how it impacts you, others and living dynamics around you?  Knowing, gathering more information lends itself to making choices and changes.


Internal environment includes – emotions, stress, physiology, energy levels and qualities, thoughts, intentions, expectations, hopes, pain, disease, imbalance, balance, harmony, joy, pleasure, discord, wellness, and all that is you mind, body, spirit.  Being aware of our internal environment allows us options to acknowledge, celebrate, identify, cultivate and make choices.  If we do not become aware, acknowledge, clarify what is the landscape of our internal environment it is difficult to create our desired experience.  Self-knowledge lends itself to self-empowerment to make choices for desired experiences and outcomes. 


Opening our senses externally and internally will give us a awareness of what our experience is in the moment.  From knowing we can choose – to remain constant or implement changes.
