From community free classes and discussions to formal classes, 1-1 intensives, we have something for everyone. As an experienced facilitator you will be guided to develop your practice through various choices such as Tai, Chi, Qi Gong, acupressure, nature, mandalas, and journaling, helping you to cultivate a deeper sense of peace and wellbeing.
